Peg Molloy, President and Chief Executive Officer, Co-founder

Ms. Molloy has led business and medical information transformation initiatives for start-up and Fortune 100 businesses, including Time, Inc, Westinghouse Energy & Advanced Technology and HCIA.  She developed disease-management programs in managed care; hospital, DRG, and physician evaluation systems, clinical effectiveness analyses and metadata information systems for pharmaceutical and prescription benefits management groups.

Mickey Lutz, Chairman and Chief Operating Officer, Co-founder

Mr. Lutz has held executive-level positions at start-up and Fortune 100 companies and has led enterprise healthcare information transformation. He managed complex technology business integration for Cendant, and developed innovative business strategies for Nor1. Lutz pioneered development of the first on-line business-to-business data warehouse solutions, managed 24x7 operating environments, managed worldwide development efforts for on-line business transaction environments and led the industry in implementation of server technology to replace huge mainframe computer complexes.  His teams have been recognized by CIO magazine and Computerworld Smithsonian Awards.

Rae Reynolds, Vice President of Marketing

Ms. Reynolds has over 25 years of industry experience in medical marketing.  She has introduced and developed the market for several market-leading products and participated in Cochlear's successful company launch and IPO.  She has experience in business development and marketing/communications in healthcare information technology, including products for global e-healthcare and database companies, such as Micromedex and British Medical Journal (BMJ) Group.

The Vista laboratory is a "virtual laboratory" guiding ANAM and Vista mHealth development. It includes leading clinicians, medical informatics experts and award-winning web and system designers. Research and development of new assessments, new assessment paradigms and platforms continues for use in the U.S. and worldwide.
